Who we are

This website is run by Atlantic County Sewer Pro ("ACSP", "we", "us"). If you have a question about your information, email admin@atlanticcountysewerpro.com or call (609) 308-9600.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us, plus basic information about how the site is used.

• Contact and callback forms. Your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, the service you need, how urgent it is, and your description of the problem.
• Book online. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you need, the day and time window you prefer, and any notes.
• Website chat. The messages you type into the chat.
• Phone, text and email. Whatever you tell us when you contact us directly.
• Site usage. The pages you visit, the page that sent you here, campaign tags in the link you followed, your browser type, and actions such as tapping the phone number, opening the chat, or sending a form.

How we use it

• To answer your question and call or email you back.
• To schedule and do the work you asked for.
• We may email you to follow up on a request or estimate, or to ask for a review after a job. A person sends these emails, and each one has an unsubscribe link.
• To see which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the site.
• To block spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. This site runs no advertising pixels.

The website chat

The chat on this site is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Your messages go from our server to an AI model run by a third party provider (OpenRouter, with Groq as a backup) so it can write a reply. We tell those providers not to keep your messages for training where they offer that setting. Our server does not save the conversation. Your browser keeps it for the open tab so the chat survives a page change, and clears it when you close the tab.

Please do not type sensitive information into the chat, such as card numbers, passwords or health details. The assistant can be wrong. Call us to confirm anything that matters.

Who helps us run the site

These companies process information for us, only to provide their service:

• DigitalOcean hosts the website and the server that receives forms and chat messages.
• Resend delivers emails, including the notice our office gets when you send a form.
• Housecall Pro is our scheduling system. Online bookings go into it, and the Book online page loads its booking tools.
• OpenRouter and Groq provide the AI model behind the chat.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used.

This website is built and maintained by Fishtown Development, who can access site data only to run and support it.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores a few small items in your browser:

• A random visitor ID, kept for 30 days, so we can count unique visitors without knowing who you are.
• The campaign tags from the link that brought you here, so we know which ad or listing worked.
• Your chat conversation and a note that you have seen the opening animation, both cleared when you close the tab.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies. You can block them with your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works if you block cookies and storage.

Text messages

If you text our business number, see our SMS Terms for how texting works and how to opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and keep our business records, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email admin@atlanticcountysewerpro.com and we will answer. To stop follow-up emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Security

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
